Welcome to our community! Join are magical community. We are small and intimate. We offer Health and Wellness for all ages, activity levels and body types. We have moved to 57 Westview Drive Ringgold so that we can offer YOU more personalized services. We have limited size classes (5) to better meet your needs. Our instructors and coaches are all certified, well trained, and experienced. The services we offer include: Yoga, Fitness Classes, Personal Training and Private Yoga Instruction, Health and Wellness Coaching, and Venue Rental.
