We believe in creating a community at Blue Mountain Yoga School and actively engage with our teacher students whenever possible. We have multiple group discussions, encouraging each other in the transformative growth process. Here are some of the modalities that we use in this program:

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Completed meditation log
-
Complete breath practice log

Complete 240 hours

Complete 60 hours elective hours (you choose ur content)

Complete all immersive in class -Mandatory classes. Offered yearly. You do not have to complete them in order.

Complete all synchronous hours by video, self study, etc

attend 20 classes taught by other instructors chosen by lead instructor

Be invested

Participate in and pass verbal weekly exam

Pass course final exam a minimum of an 80% score.

The content will be offered on a 2 year rotating schedule and you must pick up the immersive content over the course of those rotating 4 years years.
Additional hours will be gained through teaching classes, self study, and video modules. This occurs over a 4-year period.
